Target Coupons: Many people do not realize that Target offers money saving coupons from their website. If the serial number begins with a 9 it is a store coupons and can be combined with a manufacture coupon. (Great extra savings) If the serial number starts with a 5 it is a manufacture coupon and can not be combined with any other coupon than a store coupon.
