Snow did not stop a trip to the gym

I woke up this morning to snow, and a blistery cold morning of 27 degrees.... and a ringing phone. My cousin called to remind me of our date to meet at the gym. I have recently lost 63lbs and have hit a major roadblock. No weight loss in about two weeks. I have started going to the gym every Saturday for 1 hour of beginner aerobics and reassessed the foods I eat. Not only have I begun to enjoy exercise but my husband and I are spending more time together. If you have a weighloss tip I would love to hear about it as long as it is healthy.
My favorite food is salad but I am really trying a lot of new toppings to keep my salads from being the same old salad every time. I love to marinate chicken breast overnight in a low fat thousand island dressing and cook it in my George Forman grill. Sometimes I cut up bell pepper and onion and throw it on the grill with my chicken. It is delicious as a salad topper or on its own.
I can not wait to gather fresh vegetables from my garden this year. My biggest job will be to get my husband and oldest son to add more vegetables to their diet. My husband does not even like tomatoes. I would love to hear how others sneak vegetables into their familys diet. I like my veggies served clean but I am not above creaming cauliflower up in their mashed potatoes if that is what it takes.
