Low Calorie Snack Favorites

Well in my battle of the bulge I put something in my mouth every 3 hours. If it is not meal time then I get a snack or nibble. These are my favorite snacks:

Orange
Apple
Small banana
Cottage cheese
Fruit roll up
Quaker rice cakes (7=60calories)
Boiled egg
Spoon of peanut butter (really stays with you)
Quaker chewy bars (100calorie variety)
Nabisco 100 calorie snacks
Snack pack pudding Fat Free (80 calories)
Sugar free jello with a spoon of lite cool whip (25 whooping calories)

Least Favorite:
Nabisco 100calorie sweet&salty kettle flavor
