Well I am trying to exercise 20minutes 6 days a week now to get my metabolism burning again so I decided to finally peel the wrapper off THE BIGGEST LOSER YOGA DVD that I bought about 6 months ago...I know 6 months is a long time. Since I have been going to the gym and taking a 1 hour aerobics class I started to take the advanced class but decided at the last minute to do the 20minute beginners portion of the video. Oh my. I think my legs have turned to jello.
I tried to use my glider after I stopped the video and I almost fell off. LOL!
I think my BOOTCAMP DVD will stay wrapped a little longer.
